Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final on custom orders

Because every item we produce is made specifically for you — your design, your specs — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom printed products unless there is a verified print defect or a deviation from the approved design.

1. Custom printed products — no returns

The following product categories are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances, except as outlined in Section 2:

Custom business merch
DTF gang sheets
Promotional products
All other custom prints

This policy exists because custom products are produced exclusively to your specifications and cannot be restocked or resold. By placing an order and approving your design proof, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. When we do accept a return or replacement

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order meets all three of the following conditions, we will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund:


Print defect or design discrepancy

The print quality is defective (e.g. peeling, cracking, severe colour inaccuracy) OR the finished product does not match the design file or proof that was approved by you prior to production.


Claimed within 7 days of delivery

Your return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the date your order was delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.


Items are unused and in original condition

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in the same condition as received. Items that have been used, washed, or modified in any way will not be accepted.

We do not cover issues resulting from customer-supplied design errors, colour variations due to screen calibration differences, or sizing choices made by the customer.

3. How to submit a return request

Email us at the address listed on your order confirmation with your order number and a description of the issue.

Attach clear photos or video showing the defect or discrepancy compared to the approved proof.

Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and contact you with next steps. Do not ship items back without written authorization from us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or advise you on how to proceed. Return shipping costs for approved claims are covered by DTF Printing Near Me.

4. Non-returnable situations

We are unable to process returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Customer approved an incorrect proof and the product was printed as approved
  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Incorrect sizing or quantities ordered by the customer
  • Colour differences due to monitor/screen calibration (minor colour shifts are normal)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products returned without prior written authorization
