1. About us
DTF Printing Near Me operates this website and provides custom direct-to-film (DTF) printing services, gang sheets, custom business merchandise, and promotional products. Our services are available to customers in Canada. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to DTF Printing Near Me. References to "you" or "customer" refer to the individual or business placing an order.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Orders & design approval
All orders are custom-made to your specifications. The following applies to every order:
Design proof approval. Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for review. Production starts only after your written approval. You are responsible for reviewing all details — spelling, colours, layout, sizing — before approving.
Customer-supplied errors. We are not liable for errors in customer-submitted artwork, including typos, incorrect colours, low-resolution files, or incorrect dimensions. Approval of the proof transfers responsibility for accuracy to the customer.
Order changes. Changes to an order may be requested before proof approval. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes and any additional costs incurred will be billed to the customer.
Order cancellations. Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any setup or design fees already incurred. Orders cancelled after production has started are non-refundable.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted at time of order.
Payment is required in full before production begins unless a separate written agreement has been made. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card information.
5. Production & turnaround times
Turnaround times provided at the time of order are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production timelines begin after receipt of full payment and written design approval. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Delays in receiving customer-supplied artwork or approvals
- Third-party shipping carrier delays
- Supply chain disruptions or events outside our reasonable control
- Public holidays, weather events, or force majeure circumstances
6. Shipping & delivery
We ship within Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier, but we will assist in filing a claim where possible.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Intellectual property & artwork
By submitting artwork or design files, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the submitted artwork, or have obtained the necessary licenses or permissions to use it for commercial printing.
- The artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- The artwork does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we determine, in our sole discretion, infringes on intellectual property rights or contains prohibited content.
8. Returns & refunds
All sales on custom printed products are final. Returns and refunds are only considered in cases of verified print defects or deviations from the approved design, claimed within 7 days of delivery, on unused items in original condition. 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DTF Printing Near Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our services or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA.
