Shipping Policy

Effective date: May 12, 2025

Because every order we produce is custom-made, please read this policy carefully so you understand how production time and shipping work together. Your order ships after it has been printed, quality-checked, and packaged — not immediately after payment.

1. Production time vs. shipping time

Your total delivery window is made up of two parts: production time and shipping time. These are separate and both contribute to when your order arrives.

Production time

Typically 2–5 business days after design approval and payment confirmation. Complex or large orders may take longer. You will be notified if your order requires additional production time.

Shipping time

Varies by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. See Section 3 for details.

Production begins only after we receive both your written design approval and full payment. Delays in providing artwork or approvals will push back your ship date.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping methods & estimated delivery

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated transit times below are from ship date, not order date, and are provided by the carrier — they are not guaranteed.

Remote areas (including Northern Canada) may experience longer transit times than estimated. Additional surcharges from the carrier may apply and will be reflected at checkout.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All shipping costs are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website and applied automatically at checkout where applicable.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within your expected production window, please contact us and we will provide an update on your order status.

6. Incorrect shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We cannot issue refunds for orders lost or undeliverable due to address errors.

7. Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Stolen / porch theft

Once the carrier confirms delivery to your address, we are not responsible for packages that are subsequently stolen. We recommend selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation if this is a concern.

8. Rush orders

If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether a rush turnaround is possible. Rush production may be available at an additional fee, subject to our current workload and capacity.

Selecting express shipping does not automatically shorten production time. Rush production and express shipping are two separate options that must each be arranged individually.
